Nope Elaine hit is right on the head! You need to be responsible and spay and neuter. If you can't do the basics then you just should not own a pet. It really is that simple. I know when I brought Pebbles home at 5 months and she went to the vet for the first time it was discussed
at that visit when she would be spayed. There really is no excuse. It's what is called RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP
