As others have posted, your dog's age alone would make this a higher risk pregnancy. Add to that your lack of experience and the risks go up from there. You really do need to be in close consult with an experienced breeder and vet. I don't think you should be whelping this litter alone. Too many things could go wrong and you don't have the experience to recognize the signs of distress in either the Mom or pups.
