Don't mean to be fresh but your boy was two years old, and in two years you didn't have the $$ to provide for a neuter, yet you were able to buy or take in a new pup who you also couldn't afford to have spayed. I don't think people are being judgmental. Before you get another you should have the funds to take care of the one you had first and the funds put away for the new one.
