Take him to the vet soon. That can be painful, contribute to infection and embarrass your kids..I know of a male that continued to have that problem even after he was neutered at 4 years old. The vet told mom to keep a spray bottle with boiled water in it. Spray his penis with the water and gently pull the foreskin back over the shaft. Urinary tracts can be painful for dogs and it is important to try to prevent it..
