"Buy your breeder first" the last thing you want is to buy from a puppy mill or BYB.
Research any breeder you are considering, whether you find them here on YT or anywhere.
You may receive PMs from people here wanting to sell puppies, please don't think you can feel confident because someone is a breeder on YT. There are reputable breeders, but there are breeders here that use this site for selling puppies.
