Not all vets will accept the vaccination forms that are NOT signed by a vet. I also give my puppies their vaccines and complete the forms. I also give the buyer a release to take to their vet so my vet will release records. I read on one of the forums recently that the vet gave the shots a second time and said it would not hurt the puppy. Horse-hockey! It could have been fatal..
Buyers ask the breeder to have their vet sign the form when they have their last exam before they leave the breeder and come to you..Better safe than sorry...
