Since he's still so young I would think 3 times a day for feeding. Since he's still so tiny he needs the calories from the more frequent feedings.
As far as the pooping as Britster said since it's such a high quality food he'll poop less. I'm not sure the exact poop equation because I just started feeding raw as some AM meals but I do know it will be less.
