Oh, Lindsey, I'm sorry she's having some problems. I know it must be very hard for you not to be able to be there with her, too. I really hope she doesn't have more problems with her back. She's been through so very much, but maybe she just went too long without eating and she'll be ok again soon. You know how they can be if they don't eat just when they need to!
