What are some good snacks? That's my problem, I like to snack alot, but I try to find healthy-ish snacks. I just need some good ideas. I am not a veggie person unfortunately. I try, I really do. The only way I'll eat veggies is in soup, like Campell's or etc. I'm so weird. I'll eat a whole bowl of vegetable soup but won't eat veggies.

What about the Special K diet? I love cereal.

I agree! Last year, I had started drinking a TON of water and noticed weight loss pretty soon. I had to pee SOOO much though. That was definitely something to get used to, lol. I can't ever get myself to get 5 meals per day, but I've always heard this is the key.
