Your title made me laugh as it reminded me of my first few weeks with my dog.

A puppy can only hold it for their age in months plus 1 hour- so your 4 month old puppy really can only hold it for about 5 hours, which makes sense with what you are saying her schedule is.

One thing I finally did out of desperation was let Piper sleep with me...for whatever reason is she able to sleep better and longer with she is in bed with me. I'd rather her not, but I needed sleep.

Are you withholding water before she goes to bed? that may help a little as well. Otherwise until she gets older, she will still need to go out.

Are you pee pad or outside training? Another option if pee pad training is to put her in an xpen and so she can use the pad.
