My thoughts exactly. The male should have been neutered (IMO early), but definitely before bringing a female puppy home. Basic responsibility and this entire situation could have been avoided. You must take care of your current pets before adding any new ones!
Whatever the situation, I hope the OP will listen to the advice sh, e has been given and take her pets in to be spayed and neutered. That little girl is way to young to have pups! Poor little baby.
