If you haven't put a flea preventative on her yet, she is probably still getting bitten. Fleas only spend 1/4 of their life on the animal. The rest of the time they are in your carpet, etc.
You planned on getting Advantage from your vet today, right? I'd call first and see what he recommends for flea bite allergies in case there is something you can pick up.
