I'm so sorry to hear your news. May your grandmother RIP and you and your family find strength in being together during this difficult time. These little ones recover quick. Princess will certainly be much happier with you than being boarded at the vet hospital. It might even help you to have her with you. They just seem to know when we need them.
Since this can bring some added stress to her, bring some nutrical to give her. Any worries about her while your away, just call your vet. Thats what their there for.
