So here's an update.
I stayed "moving" today with loads of laundry, cooking and cleaning. Sunday will be my "day off." Tomorrow I plan to do my p90x routine.
As far as what I ate:
Breakfast:
Shakeology shake
and a pear
Lunch:
A little Wegman's fat free cottage cheese - did anyone watch Thintervention? Jackie said choose cottage cheese over yogurt!
and I has apple sauce.
Dinner:
I made cauliflower soup with a little sprinkle of cheese and croutons. Yum
I think I did ok.
