In Coco's I put cream cheese and then add her kibble. I also add mashed bannanas then freeze it. Today I added The Laughing Cow swiss cheese and smeared it in the inside and the put in the kibble. The way I add it is first smear the inside with whatever sticky substance and then add 4 pieces of kibble then add another smear of of whatever then another 4 pieces then so on then on the top I add the sticky substance and she loves it! i don't have an actual kong but it is similar. One thing she loves soooo much is when I'll add the stickiness on the inside then I'll take vegetable or chicken broth and pour it over her kibble then add in in and freeze! She loves it, but never seems to want play with it after there is nothing left inside.
