I suggest that you look on Petfinder if you are interested in a rescued yorkie. Texas is loaded with yorkies looking for a good home.
Be wary of people who send you private messages out of the blue on the internet. You never know who they are. It is best to go to an organized group in my opinion. Sadly there are people who lurk and try to sell puppies that may not always be in the best condition.
