Many pups do not bark when they are new in a home. I had one that actually did not bark for over a year!!! One day I heard a new bark and was like...omg you have a voice? haha My guess is that Reno will bark in a week or two....be careful what you ask for.
Debarking does not stop them from barking. They normally just make a strange sound when they bark.
