There are NO hypoallergenic dogs, as you have now found out. It's a very clever marketing ploy though and many people fall for it and believe it, just as you did. It is always key to research and learn the facts about dogs BEFORE you actually buy one. It would save the heartache of having to part with one once you realize they won't work out, not to mention save you the money that you are out for now having bought the dog.
