Heh, I'm also one of those people who isn't a "dog person", but my husband loves dogs-especially little ones. His family owned Shih tzu's when he was growing up so he wanted one of those, but I did some research and found pictures of Yorkie pups and WOW was I in love! I went to look at them and they were so adorable! My first Yorkie, Chewy, was such a doll. Everyone (even my mom and she doesn't really like dogs) loved him so much. When he passed, my mom began her search to find me another yorkie. So then came Chester. I've only had him going on 36 hours now, but he is the best! My mom called me 2 times last night and 4 times today just to check on him! She's also making a special trip to my house tomorrow just to see him. Now, she says she's definately going to get one! So the yorkie breed transformed two more non-doglovers into yorkielovers! They are special and so human like. You'll never catch me without a yorkie either! |
