Your poor baby! She sounds like a little miracle puppy having made it this long.

Are you sure she is having seizures, or could it be syncope from heart problems? This is a pretty good explanation:
Heart Attack in Dogs
You are in a tough place, as she really needs to see a vet, probably an internist, but that could cause another episode, and possibly death. Trying to figure out what to do must be terribly hard on you. I am so sorry to hear of her problems.

Is there anyway you can disguise medication in her food? Or peanut butter or cream cheese? I do this for a lot of my dogs as I have four seniors, three of whom get medications daily.

Also, can you have medications formulated for her by places like Drs Foster & Smith or Roadrunner Pharmacy? There may be pharmacies in your area that can do this also. In my area, there's one at our local hospital.

Emma sounds precious and I hope you can keep her with you a long time and with a good quality of life. Your wonderful for loving her so well.
