Default Serial bully- are you a victim??

THE SERIAL BULLY!!!!!!!!

Are you presently or have been in the past a victim of a Serial Bully?
If some or all of these descriptions fit the person then you have/are being bullied!!!

As you read this, does it remind you of any one you know?????

The serial bully ridicules, undermines, destroys anyone they perceive as a rival, competitor, a potential threat or can see through the bullys mask.

The serial bullys most effective weapon is to isolate their victim.

The bully will use anything to inflick damage to the victim such as hateful emails, cyberstalking, personal harrassment, intimidation false accusations and etc.

The serial bully will pursue endless vindictive vendettas against anyone perceived as a threat or who attempts to identify, reveal or expose them.

The serial bully attempts to make you feel guilty and believe you are always the one at fault.

The serial bully is often able to attract an emotionally needy colleague into supporting them; this person then becomes the bully's spokesperson and advocate.

The serial bully is spiritually dead although may loudly profess some religious belief or quote the Bible, book, verse and chapter!!!!!

Has a history of conducting frivolous, malicious legal actions.

Knowingly, persists in and pursues vindictive vendettas using self-evidently false evidence or information.

Flits from topic to topic so that you come away feeling you've never had a proper conversation.

Excels at evasion of accountability. Refuses to be specific and never gives a straight answer.

Believes they are superior and has an overbearing belief in their qualities of leadership.

Will often elect himself or herself into a position of authority as chairperson of the organization and becomes the person through whom all information must flow, and all requests for services must be referred.

Has a deep-seated contempt of people that do not agree with him or her.

Often fraudulently claims qualifications, experience, titles, entitlements or affiliations which are ambiguous, misleading, or bogus!!!!!!

Is adept at creating conflict between those who would gather incriminating information about them.

Has a Silver-tongue!!

Is self-opinionated and displays arrogance, audacity. Believes they are untouchable.

Is a control freak and has a compulsive need to control everyone and everything you say, do, think and believe. But aggressively maintains the right to talk about anything they choose.

Will often manipulate minor bullies of the "Wannabe" type into acting as agents of harassment and as unwitting or unwilling conductors of vendettas, making them feel special and thus obligated to reciprocate with support and protection.

Has an a narcissistic attention-seeking need to portray themselves as a wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate person, in contrast to their behaviour and treatment of others; the bully sees nothing wrong with their behavior and chooses to remain oblivious to the discrepancy between how they like to be seen and how they are seen by others.

Sometimes displays a seemingly limitless demonic energy especially when engaged in attention-seeking activities or evasion of accountability and is often a workaholic.

WHAT BULLYS FEAR THE MOST IS EXPOSURE and being called publicly to account for their behaviour so they can go to great lengths to keep their target (victim) quiet from misdirection when it is reported to using threats of disciplinary action, dismissal, gagging clauses and fear.

Bullying has reached epidemic proportions.
1 in 4 people are victims of bullies. Most states now have laws on the books against bullying, harrassment, cyberstalking.
Don't be a victim!!!!!
