Thanks for bumping this up. When I first saw this - I thought I had correctly gone into the site and it said that it was closed??? Possibly clicked wrong somewhere. Anyway, I signed it this time. Every little bit helps - so I hope everyone lets our lawmakers know that this is not cool!!! Puppy Mills need to be shut down!!!
