Please read this IN DETAIL before responding and after carefully considering your breeding habits and this proposition tell me your opinions on whether it is reasonable and a good thing to support or not. I am currently in favor of this but there are a few things in the section about adequate space that might make this a little blown out of proportion. what do you guys think?
