It could be severe separation anxiety if it happens when the human companions are gone. Princess chewed on the dry wall like a mouse...she had white pieces stuck on her chin, evidence. We had to connect 2 expens together & make a play/napping room when nobody was home. She eventually out grew it. I no longer have to confine them in the expen when we leave.
The thing w/bitter apple spray on wood, it needs to be reapplied often bc wood absorbs liquid. It doesn't work on some dogs...they actually like it! lol |
