You are so right. Does this look like a rescue dog to you? Katie is also a great example of what kind of dogs are in need. She is a energetic 6 yr old girl, 7 lbs perfect size, smart, does tricks, sweet, the list goes on! And she was my first foster! What are the chances I got the "non existent" rescue girl like that? Rescue dogs are great dogs!
