First off, congrats on your new baby! Six weeks is a bit too early, but you're not a bad momma! I'm lucky enough that I work in a Groom Shop and Upscale Doggie Boutique so my baby can go to work with me everyday or stay home should he choose to be stubborn and not get out of bed (haha, it happens!). Everyone is right with the x-pen. It's a wonderful way to give your baby room to play, but confined enough to keep your mind at ease. And Nutrical. Very important stuff. I gave it to Bounce when he was little everyday even though he was healthy. I'm very precautious. Better safe than sorry. Good luck! You'll do fine!
