I'm a fan of the Master Cleanse, Lemonade Diet. It's not a pill. While it appears radical to most, it's a healthy way to cleanse and detox your body of all "the bad stuff" ie, sugar, caffeine, etc. Once you complete the Lemonade Diet (5+ days), not only will you have lost weight, but your body will feel absolutely amazing. Mentally, you won't want to eat bad food anymore because both your mind and body go through a change.
