She's pretty !! and I know what you mean - Cheri has the same problem and she LOVES wearing her sweater too - I use Chris Christensen Systems Ice on Ice on her -
or you can try a finishing product like Jesscruz said - I found spraying under their arms - behind their head and around their tummies helps alot if you do it BEFORE they wear clothes.
Also - Johnsons No More Tangles for Babies works GREAT to get out snarls and tangles - you can get that in almost all supermarkets and it smells wonderful AND works really good too
