Yes, $2000 for a pet of the quality she produces is a very fair price. If you knew the work involved you'd appreciate this is not very much money at all. Jubilee might be a little lower and so am I, Clover Hill, although we shouldn't be, I guess. Cheryl, Hihopes, has been doing this longer than Jubilee or Clover Hill so has the advantage of name recognition. Personally, I like to charge a little less in order to have a larger selection of homes looking at them.
