Best Diet pill is to work out 5 times a week for an hour a day, and to cut back on your caloric intake. Walking is great to lose weight. You may also want to consider the Cookie Diet. However, the older you get, the harder it is to drop the weight. Genetics also have a large impact. Now drop and give me 50.
