[Love_Capone]

Capone was at my moms and was playing in the back yard and when he came inside he had these awful looking spots and bruises on his genital area. My mom was watching him and she said she didn't see him do anything weird or out of the ordinary. It's not fleas, but these spots look awful. Any idea what it could be? I know he likes to drag his stomach on the ground, but he has never has anything like this before. I have a vet appointment set up, but I'm curious if anyone has seen anything like this before. Please help if you can, thanks in advance!
