Zoe is soooo cute! I just want to kiss her little face! How old is Zoe?... Depending on her age she could be retaining her puppy teeth and now her adult teeth are starting to grow in alongside the puppy teeth... sometimes the puppy teeth will fall out but yorkies are known for retaining their puppy teeth.
When I had Taycie spayed I had her pull her remaining puppy teeth. I decided to do it then so she wouldn't have to go under anethesia twice. I knew she had puppy teeth that needed pulled, both upper and lower canine teeth had a double set of teeth... Well when she was done she ended up having 8 teeth pulled!
You do want to have this taken care of because this will eventually throw off her bite as more teeth come in and it later will result in more dental problems down the road...If she is not fixed yet I would definently talk to your vet about this and have them done when she is spayed!
