 Question from a new Yorkie owner
We recently adopted an 18 month old female Yorkie named Claire. She is the best little dog and has adapted well to our family. My only concern is when we leave her home during the workday, she goes NUTS when we get home. She is not crated but rather gated in our mud room with her bed, water and toys. She shakes, jumps, whines and runs back and forth-it usually takes her about 5 minutes to settle herself.
Is this typical Yorkie behavior? Thanks for any help/suggestions!! |
