Yes, the coupon is nice but I've probably wasted about $30 over the last six months or so dealing with this problem. It just can't be possible that I'm the ONLY person buying the dud ones. Hopefully other people have complained. I just wish I would get a real response as to what the findings are. I told him I was really curious to know what they find out. Who knows.... he said he would put in the notes that I would like to know that. We'll see.
