Even though they most likely come from the same distributor, the bottles are shaped slightly different (don't know why!). The problem is that when I open a bottle it barely fizzes and then tastes flat. I can understand a random problem every once in a blue moon but I bet this has happened to me with at LEAST 6 or 7 six-packs from WalMart and now one from HEB. And no, I don't take the stupid things back to the store for a refund. I don't have time to jack with the idiots at WalMart. I did happen to come across a DP delivery guy one day at WM and told him about it. His response? Blank look and basically no response. Intelligent. My next step is to call the local Dr. Pepper bottling place to find out if I'm the only idiot reporting this. But seriously, anyone have this problem where you live?? |
There is probably a customer service number on the bottle. call that instead of your local place. They will look into it and you will probably get coupons for free Dr Pepper.
I do that whenever I have a problem with a company's product. Also called to praise products and have received coupons for that product free as a thank you
