Is she missing her other siblings and parents? I've never had a morkie, but think they are just adorable. This is my experience with my two yorkies. All of mine potty outside and sleep in a crate at night. They sleep better and longer with their crate in the same room as me. They need to know that I'm near them. They follow me around the yard too. If your baby is not used to going outside, the grass/dirt may scare her. Both of mine had never gone outside until getting to my house. Ally was 8 weeks and a little over one pound and Tia was 10 weeks and 8 oz. Ally didn't know what to do in the grass. It frightened her. Tia was just the opposite. She didn't care. Ally hates the wet grass; Tia doesn't mind. I found I couldn't leave them in the crate when we left the house either. Ally just paniced, created a poopy mess, and it was bad for her health. So my family room is puppy/dog proofed so we can leave them in there when we leave. I adopted Tia this past Easter. We just put her in a puppy pen in the family room with Ally. Good luck and don't give up. Your baby is just confused and probably missing her old family. Love her and give her hugs and kisses from us. |
