They won't reimburse you for shipping if something arrives damaged! I ordered a Hoover Floormate a few weeks ago and paid to have it shipped to my house since it was so heavy. One of the pieces was broken so I couldn't assemble it. I had to lug it back to the store and was informed that they never refund shipping even on damaged merchandise!

I totally agree. The
only good thing about our remodel is the widened aisles & nice lighting & cleaner. Since the fabric & crafts section is gone, we have no where to find these type items nearby now. Our Joann's Fabric store closed a couple of yrs ago.
