I am so glad that Tia's spay went fine. It is always worrying when our babies are having surgery whether it is routine or not.
Spaying - and neutering - affects different dogs different ways. Some need a little more attention after, some just sail right through it. Lil Bit was spayed and had a bladder stone removed at the same time several years ago, surgery in the morning, and by 2pm the vet's office was calling us to ask us to please pick her up (wasn't supposed to pick her up until around 4). Lil Bit was barking up a storm, wanting to come home. They nicknamed her "the mouth of the south". Bruce went and picked her up and she was fine, wouldn't have believed she had just had a bladder stone removed and been spayed.
So glad you like the vet

The pics are so cute. She is a little doll.
