When I lived in Montreal I would watch The Road To Avonlea, there was an episode that had one of the sisters come home, you guessed it her name was Arabella. The name stuck with me, I don't know it is a good old fashioned name that you just don't hear now a days. Well, 14 years later I decided to get a Yorkie and instantly knew what her name was going to be. My daughter came up with the middle name. She was looking through Italian baby names and came up with Lilliana. It just flows together nicely. Plus, Bella knows that if mommy uses the full name she'd better start using the "I'm sorry and I Love You" face.
