Anyroad, I think I've been using his shampoo wrong. I normally put it on lather, wash off. I read I should be putting it on, hotspots first, really work it in, continually coming back to the hotspots to work into them some more, leaving it on for about 15 minutes.
I only gave him about ten minutes after I read this, but the difference was enormous. I couldn't believe it was the same shampoo. A heck of a lot less are coming out in combing now too - down from the tens to only four the last time!
I still need to find something natural to treat my very small outside area too, not that this will make too much difference with her upstairs now having TWO dogs to be irresponsible with.... |
I googles Beneficial Nematodes Scotland and found this site. These are not the "live" variety but perhaps they are optimal for Scotland so I would certainly give them a try. Further searches may find the live variety.
