I hope things get better but I know what you're going thru. Zoe can outlast me when she's outside...she looks for bugs, worms, grass, straw, anything and everything is appealing to her when she's outside. She'd forget all about pottying and just wanted to play. I finally started putting pieces of her kibble in my pocket and when she 'accidentally' pee'd I praise her and reward her with a piece of her food. I made a big fuss over her that must have made the neighbors wonder about me. LOL But eventually she got the hang of it. I don't say everything is completely better because even though she potties in the yard she will sometimes hold some back and pee on the floor when she comes back in. But she definitely goes more outside than in now. But I'd try treating Suki whenever you 'catch' her doing good...whether it's pottying outside or when she's not barking or crying in her crate. If she's food motivated that may help. As far as too many showers I don't think that it would hurt as long as you aren't using shampoo on her each time which would dry her out. Some dogs just love the water.
