How could Dr. Jane apologize if she had no clue? Brenda brought it to her attention. I never said I was attacked and upset, I stated that a certain comment was offensive as I am a Rep and a loyal customer. All I am doing is stating facts about the company, customer service, Dr. Jane's calls, the fact that Reps are here to help customers. Nothing wrong with anything I said, I simply believe in this company because I have talked to Dr. Jane and I have witnessed what the supplements and food do for dogs.
You are absolutely right, there are difference of opinions, and we all (INCLUDING ME) can voice them.
