My answer to Dr. Bicks would be:
"Did you ever see a 2 pound dog CHOKE on a regular size kibble? Because behind those 'very sharp teeth', are very small throats."

Anyone remember when Stedman's Mommy's Tatum almost died choking on kibble (not to mention other members' kiddos)? So yeah, there *is* a reason why some breeds/dogs may do better on smaller kibbles. Also, maybe Dr. Bicks has forgotten (?) that canines mostly gulp their food, when able.
