Who are you talking about with a vendetta? It looks like there are a whole lot of people that are upset with the way they have been led to believe their breed was an accepted breed.

If the UCI says they do not accept certain breeds and they are not illegible to receive Int'l titles, how would the ones already issued be legal? That just does not make sense, even to a beginner. Is it ok for all the rare breeds to show in AKC events then and get titles, because one day they will be accepted?

Taken directly from the UCI web-site.
"We know that a breed called Mi-Ki exists in the USA, but we point out that the UCI disallows this breed. Because of that the UCI cannot award any international championships to that breed.
This applies to all dogs which are disallowed by the UCI".

Explain how titles issued on this breed or any rare breed before August 2010 are legitimate. How can you twist "UCI cannot award any international championships to that breed" into anything before Aug. is OK?????
