I apologize. The message was not meant to be taken in a rude way. It was
only to make a clear, straight answer on puppies ability to eat the kibble.
There's absolutely no doubt that puppies can eat the size kibble we offer
and the reason is mentioned, therefore is no reason to change size.
Doesn't matter now, I canceled my orders. They sent another email and they truly are very insensitive to pet owners. I just the feel its all about the money from them and they really don't care about the pet or the consumer for that matter. They truly have no loyalty to their consumers . No apology , no nothing so I sent a discontinue on auto ship..They just discontinued me and said::ear Valued Customer,

Your autoship has been cancelled as requested. Please contact us when you
would like to reinstate your autoship again. Thank you.
