What a horrid woman! She shouldn't be allowed within 5ft of a dog!
I often wonder how the Petsmarts get their groomers. Some of them do have nice groomers. My Penni used to be groomed by a groomer at Petsmart and when she left she groomed some of her customers at her home, so I used to take Penni to her. We have taken Lil Bit to Petsmart too without any problems. But last year we used a mobile grooming service, that has since gone out of business in this area, and one of the groomers they had has now got her own grooming business and she comes to the house once a week to bathe Beamer and she will take care of Lil Bit as needed. She is great with both of my furbabies.
