I don't see anything offensive about this comment. First of all, she never said the ONLY raves of the food are by reps, BUT.... and I could be wrong - I'm not around here all that often - but
from my personal observation, the only people who have posted about Life's Abundance are the ones who sell it.
That's not saying that LA isn't a good food but to me, it definitely causes some suspicion. I'm not entirely sure why something like that would be offensive to someone - it's simply a comment about an observation.
I personally think it's wonderful that you believe in LA so much. It's awesome that you have so much confidence that you're willing to spend some money and give out free samples. I know I myself have received one of those samples (although I don't remember from who).
Just because it doesn't work for every dog doesn't mean it won't work for some. I know personally one of the things that turned me off of LA was the having to have it shipped - I like the convenience of being able to drive to the store and pick up dog food whenever I need it.
