Don't yell at her and don't put her nose in the puddle. Take her outside on a regular schedule.
Merlin is 6 month now and mostly accident free. He will either bark if I'm not in the same room or gets restless and I know he needs to go outside.
Have patience, it will come. But I really believe in structure. My daughter and her husband came over from Germany for 3 weeks and we were a bit lax with Merlin and that was when he had accidents in the house. As soon as life was back to normal he was good as gold.
