Unfortunately I'm the person that screams at the person dragging their dog- I just can't help myself. I feel like we have to speak up for those who don't have voices but my friends are always saying " you better watch it you're going to get killed" I just can't keep my mouth shut- people need to hear it and i will continue to do it
