Thanks again everyone. Merlin is doing awesome. They love him very much at the vet. Or do they tell everybody their dog is the sweetest and behaves so very well?
I picked him up and it was like he didn't even had the surgery. I thought he would be sleeping a lot and be lethargic. No way! Had a real hard time to keep him calm because he wanted to roam around and jump on the couch etc. He didn't like his regular food so much but of course treats and peanut butter, and a teaspoon of ice cream. He is a bit tired now but had a hard time to settle down.
I'm glad we did it at this age. Also had the pre-op bloodwork done and everything is fine.
